Terms of Service

Effective date: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Triple Aim Healthcare Services ("TAHS") telemedicine platform, including our website, patient, provider, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, and community health worker portals (together, the "Platform").

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Healthcare providers must hold a valid, verifiable license in good standing in their jurisdiction to use the Provider Portal.

2. Nature of Services

TAHS facilitates telemedicine consultations, digital health records, e-prescribing, laboratory and imaging management, and related services. The Platform, including its AI Symptom Checker, provides decision support and educational information only. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or replace the independent judgment of a licensed clinician. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Telemedicine Consent

By booking a consultation, you consent to receive care through audio, video, or secure messaging. Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person care, and your provider may recommend in-person evaluation when appropriate.

4. Payments & Insurance

Fees for consultations, prescriptions, and related services are disclosed before payment. Where insurance integration is available, coverage, eligibility, and co-payments are subject to your insurer's terms and applicable law.

5. Cross-Border Care

Certain services may be delivered across national borders only where legally permitted in both the patient's and provider's jurisdictions. Availability of specific services varies by country.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by TAHS or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAHS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
